Frazer and Sue look forward to welcoming you to Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse - a place that you can experience the true intimacy and specialness of Sissinghurst. Our aim is to make your stay memorable, so if you have any special requests, please ask. 

Room rates are between £125 and £170 per room per night depending on length of stay and bedroom and includes tea and cakes upon arrival and a full English breakfast. VAT is included. Please telephone or email to book. We accept most major credit cards.

We are happy for you to arrive any time between 4pm and 6pm, and we can arrange transport from the local train stations (the closest is Staplehurst or Headcorn) but please call if you would like to arrive and park before this time as we are happy for you to do so.
We would kindly request that guests vacate their room by 10am on the day of departure but again we are happy for you to leave bags at The Farmhouse which we will keep safely for you to collect later in the day.

A deposit of £50 per room will secure your booking. Deposits are refundable up to 21 days prior to your booking please notify us of your cancellation by e-mail, post or telephone. If you notify us with less than 21 days notice the deposit becomes non refundable. In the event of no cancellation and a no show, you may be charged  the full room rate.

We operate a two night minimum stay on Fridays and Saturdays during our peak season April-September

Sadly no pets can be accommodated,except asistance dogs but we have our own Black Labrador called Inca.

We operate a no smoking policy at The Farmhouse.
